We are thrilled to announce that Forest of Dean Swimming Club has been crowned South West Swimming Club of the Year!

This prestigious award recognises the hard work, dedication and team spirit of our swimmers, coaches, volunteers and supporters. It celebrates not only the club’s sporting achievements in the pool but also the welcoming and encouraging environment we strive to create for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at the Gloucester City Sprint Meet at GL1.

Please could swimmers be on poolside for the morning session at 8.45am and for the afternoon session at 12.45pm .  The afternoon session is anticipated to finish at 4.45pm.

Can all swimmers wear their Forest of Dean hats while racing and warming up.

All swimmers MUST sign out with a team manager before leaving. The races are on the MeetMobile app.  There will be spectator tickets available to be purchased on the entrance to the balcony. Tickets will be £8 for the whole day.

We have just had our SwimMark accreditation again in January 2024. Thank you to the Committee – especially our Treasurer – for working so hard on this for us.
